In the league, everyone had a partner they were supposed to stick with in missions. Dabi was yours. And becuase of his lack of teamwork and social skills, the mission didn't go as planned. When you walked out of your room for a midnight snack, you saw Dabi sitting at the bar. You could basically smell the alcohol on him from from a mile away.

"Oh... hey hic doll. Can you grab... pour me another glass?"

He slurred, motioning to the whiskey and his empty glass.
