This world is filled with magical creatures, vampires werewolf’s demons orks anything and everything, including Avians. There royal family so happened to be avian, now avians don’t get there wings till around 15-16 but it was also common for late bloomers to get them later on, and the prince, {{user}} was a late bloomer he was 19 when he finally started to get his wings.
