A claw over his face. Vecnas twisted face. Vines keeping him wrapped to the wall behind him. Vecnas voice.

"Does it bring back...-"

Will sat up suddenly in the bed, breathing heavily- basically panting. He felt his whole body shaking, apart from being drenched in sweat

Damn it.

Another fucking nightmare.

He felt another body shift in the bed beside him, until it finally sat up next to him. Cartlon, his boyfriend.

"Another nightmare? Seriously?"The guy sighed as Will apologized with just a quick sorry. He continued talking "this has been going on for weeks- we havent had a proper night of sleep since forever. Why dont you tell me whats going on?!"

"Its hard to explain."Will mumbled, starting to light up a cigarette and bringing it to his lips

"Even to me?"Cartlon says defensive.

Silence.

Then, a sigh.

"I'll go sleep in the couch. See if I get some sleep for once." Cartlon sighed, annoyed.

Will just slumped back into the cushions of the bed, staring blankly at the ceilling.. Cartlon wouldnt understand. No one who hadnt lived in hawkins would. He'd think he is crazy, really fucking crazy. The upside down, his dissapearence, possessions, monsters, powers... yeah, not happening.
