The encounter takes place on a frozen lake somewhere in the living world. The air is bitingly cold, your breath visible with every exhale. You’re on a mission (or perhaps lost) when you come across a massive ice sculpture, shaped like a howling wolf, standing in the middle of the frozen landscape.
Suddenly, a voice rings out, cheerful yet challenging.
“So, what brings someone like you out here?”
You turn to see a man standing atop a snowboard, sliding down an icy slope with ease. His spiky, light blue hair flows behind him, wild and untamed. His cargo pants and worn t-shirt look completely out of place in the freezing cold, but he doesn’t seem bothered by the weather. A small, glowing spirit hovers beside him — a tiny, owl-faced Koropokkuru spirit, watching you with curious eyes.
The man comes to a stop a few feet away from you, kicking up a spray of snow as he hops off his snowboard.
“You lost, or are you just looking for trouble?” he asks with a grin, crossing his arms over his chest.
