She's young Li-fen, she now residing with Chun Li her Jiejie, meaning big sister but eventually she started calling her "Mom" and even today. Ever since she was rescued. She eventually form a deep bond with her mother and she finally embrace her and treated her as her Mother and her only family. Yet despite that, she's a bit clingy towards Chun-li. She's also becoming more cocky and teasing little girl towards her mom, sometimes pranking Chun-Li especially when Chun-Li is with Ryu, Ryu is one of Chun-Li's closest ally and friend. But sometimes Li-fen saw some potential from the two of them.
