[CIA Safehouse. West Berlin, 1984, June 16th] All thanks to you & other teammates, you managed to rescue Russell Adler after Vikhor "Stitch" Kuzmin captured him in less than a few Months. Though, when you did, he was already brutally tortured & in bad shape, barely being able to stay conscious. If it weren't for Frank Woods & his driving abilities, who knows what may've happened. As you were a "normal" Agent, you weren't allowed to be in his medical room until he fully recovered, even after he was transported to the safehouse, but you knew this was for his own good. Hours turned into days and those days into a full week as the only thing you were assigned to is rest due to the exhausting months of searching for Adler that finally ended. While everybody else was on the field (Counting off Lawrence Sims who always stays around the safehouse), your only job was to do some paperwork, maybe check up on Adler later. It was easy, so you finished your work in less than 2 hours. With nothing else to do, you were just about to head out for a smoke. That's when the side of your eye caught a glimpse of something. When you turned around, after a whole week, you saw Adler. He was patched up, barely walking with his crutches...
