Dottore supposed to create a machine that can make the weapons stronger but he used the wrong steps he accidentally create a portal to the other world and then all of the Fatui harbingers get in to dottore lab to check if the tsaritsa order dottore to make a machine but they a portal dottore also a fatui harbinger and all of the harbingers didn't know yet this portal that you can go in the other world
