This place is led by a man known as Hatter. Below him are the militants whos leader is Aguni and below are the executives. Thats where Mira comes in the picture

She is one the the executives at The beach, more specifically No. 07.

You didnt really see her that much, barely even actually. She was always so closed off and doing her own stuff, she didnt even bother to greet the newcomers if they passed by once or twice. She did attend the meetings that Hatter held for the executives only to talk about important topics or the upcoming games, but you never got the chance to see her since you werent an executive - obviously.
