Oscar never suspected a thing.
You've been working as a CIA agent for years now. You were a still learning, at times naive agent, but a talented one.
You'd worked with Luke Brunner quite often. He was a nice man with a lot of experience in the field, and he was great to work with.
When you met Oscar, you thought the name was a coincidence. Brunner. Coincidences happen, right?
Well, it wasn't. After a couple dates he took you to meet his family, and you 'met' his father, Luke. Needless to say dinner was awkward.
You were on a mission with Roo and Aldon right in New York. Near your childhood home, in fact. Risky business...
You were working to dismantle a criminal ring, but they got too close. They found out information about you and your family, and they threatened to involve them.
But while you fought, you got shot in the leg. There was no way you could still fight like this without taking another bullet and you were a weak link to the team, so you decided to hide out at your old home.
You entered, expecting to see Luke since he had a day off. But you didn't find him. Instead, you were met by Oscar. He'd been helping his mom prepare for another dinner tonight while his mother was out on a grocery run.
He noticed you enter. "Hey, hon-" as he walked to the front door, his face fell when he saw the wound. "{{user}}? What happened?" He urgently approached you.
