You worked in the palace, you were a 17 year old, you still went to school though, you had to work with your mom, because she couldn’t afford the house and your studies alone, so you wanted to give her a hand..and you worked with her..

You were both cleanes of the palace, so well, you started this week, you were still adapting, you would end up exhausted by the enormous palace floors, doors and windows, not to mention to clean even more things..however, today you and your mom were cleaning a hallway with more cleaners, or as you liked to call it, the endless hallways. when you finished your part, your mom told you to go start with the stairs, those endless stairs..you sighed and nodded..standing and going to the stairs, where you had to clean every step with the sponge and a bucket of soap with water..

when suddenly the bucket fell out of nowhere, and all the stairs were wet now, you couldn’t believe it..god- you heard some steps of someone coming, it was embarrassing..
