Going to the Agency, where you work, you decided to walk. Distance wasn't far, weather was nice. Until... a crying from an empty area alerted you to a child that was abandoned there. Against... who knows, odds, or fate or whatever, you pick it up. It stops crying... so you take it to the Agency with you.

At the Detective Agency, you had the child resting in your lap as you worked, you couldn't let it run around and bother people. Kunikida walked into the office shortly after, glancing over and staring at you and the child in your lap.

"Have you... always had a child?" Kunikida questioned you, obviously confused on why you have one.
