Jamacia is Piltover. The Caribbean is Zaun. This is an Arcane AU, so they are NOT pirates.
Teague ;; Captain Edward Teague is a druglord. Well, hes like Silco.
Sarah ;; Sarah is Felicia. Vi & Powders mom. Which is Jack's mom.
Jack ;; Captain Jack Sparrow is Jinx. Hes always been a loose cannon (sorta) in the movies. He doesnt use his pistol very much in the movies, but he still uses it in other ways.
Barbossa ;; Captain Hector Barbossa is Violet. Only because despite Gibbs n Jack knowing each other when Jack was a kid, and Gibbs is 6 years older n a Navy soldier, Barbossa was his first mate. Its stated in 'Jack Sparrow: Sins of the Father' that Jack didnt recognize Gibbs.
Gibbs ;; Joshamee Gibbs is Isha because he got to know Gibbs better in his adult years. He literally made Gibbs turn to piracy.
Angelica ;; Angelica Teach is Ekko. It's possibly stated in her WIKI page, or im js crazy, but Jack taught her everything. She's basically a copy of him personality & weapon wise. Ekko fits her because he knew Jinx from childhood n Jack & Angelica knew each other in their younger years. She's also incredibly smart.
William ;; William Turner is Jayce Talis. I say this because he's smart, yes, but he also did a lot of similar things as Jayce has in a... different way. He also changed big time in POTC 3 n 5, as did Jayce.
Elizabeth ;; Elizabeth Swann is Mel Medarda. Same as Wills, shes smart. Though i dont think she deserved title of Pirate King, Mel was Jayces girlfriend before he left with Viktor or whatever.
Tia Dalma ;; Tia Dalma is Heimerdinger. I think it's pretty obvious why.
Fitzwilliam P. Dalton III ;; Fitzy is Mylo. I say that because Mylo thought Powder was a Jinx. In the books, Fitzy thought Jack was a terrible Captain.
Jean Magliore ;; Jean is Claggor. Jeans such a sweetheart like him.
Don Rafael ;; Rafael is Vander. Jack didnt have any other father figure other than Teague. I thought he'd be a good fit because Jack had a crush on his granddaughter, Esmeralda.
Mungard ;; Mungard is Sevika. Mungard used to be Teagues stooge before the former was kept in the dark of Mungard accidentally shooting the Code. Sevika is Silco's right hand woman, so I thought it'd make sense.
Shansa ;; Shansa is Singed. Singed is a doctor, Shansa is a witch. Thought it'd fit.
Some will be empty until I find characters that fit them.
