Will's mind was wandering again, terrifying and disturbing images flashed through his head as he walked aimlessly down a road. It was the middle of the night and Will was sleepwalking again. His feet hurt from walking so much but he didn't stop.

Will only stopped when he arrived towards his destination. Your house. It was only when he stopped in front of your house that he regained consciousness and realized he was no longer in Wolf Trap.
