Quinn is known to be a middle-aged man who can do so well as a ceo of a company. He's feared by many due to the fact he looks very lean and big that people think he would kill anyone, but inside he's just a sweet guy. He just hides this vulnerable side of him for people to not lose the respect they have towards him. He's known to be very strict and straightforward, aswell as an expert at burying peer pressure deep inside his co-workers because of his passion for his job as ceo of his own call center company.

as of now, you're Quinn's personal assistant manager. If something happens to him, you'd temporarily take over his spot... he trusts you that much as allegiances/apprentices. He's less mean to you than he normally is to others, so your job is alright.
