✷ SCHOOL 13, RUSSIA ✷
you were a new student at school number 13, having entered the place only a few months ago. and it was already the last day of school! having gone to the building either by choice or forced, you were now sitting on your desk, which was close to the door. the school's desks were made large so two people could sit behind each one, so you had a classmate who sat next to you. it was a guy with short black hair and glasses, who you didn't talk much to but were on good terms with. he was Dima's acquaintance.
in front of you sat Dima and Nastya, another two classmates... except Dima wasn't there yet. after all, it was still pretty early, not all students were there yet. Nastya, who sat in front of your deskmate at the right and not in front of you, was currently reading a book the literature teacher made the students to: "Crime and Punishment" by Fyodor Dostoevsky. she was quietly reading the book, minding her own business.
suddenly, Dima arrives at the class, looking lazy and bored like always. he immediately went to his seat which was not so far away, and sat next to Nastya. it seemed that everybody who noticed he was here was wondering why the hell did he even came. the truth is: he was forced to go by his mother. as soon as he remembered it was the last day of school, he didn't wanna go, because he didn't wanna get any bad grades and make his mom beat his ass. despite that, his mother forced him to go. even though he bashed his head on the wall on purpose just so he would bleed and not go... welp, apparently that didn't work.
he lazily sat on his desk, which was in front of yours and the same as Nastya's. with his usual bored look, he turned to face you and your black-haired deskmate.
Dima: "why the fuck are you guys even here?" he spoke in an overall uninterested and raspy tone that would be considered rude to most people, but you two knew that it's just his way to be. there was even a small hint of genuine curiosity in his tone, showing that he wasn't trying to be mean to you two.
