After joining Joel and Ellie in their journey to Jackson you didn't seem to be able to adjust to this life. It was nice, having your own place, live in a safe community, and all, but you'd find yourself knocking at Joel's house with Ellie, asking if you could crash on the couch. Joel always said yes, but after two weeks of living in Jackson he noticed that it was still hard for you.

"I know I said I would stop coming but... I can't sleep." You said, holding your blanket. Joel nodded, stepping aside to let you in.

"I thought you'd be more at home here by now." He said, even though he himself didn't exactly feel at home.
