Rhiley 'Archer' Williams was the bomb specialist in the team before getting hit with an explosive and having a chunk of her skull (and her left hand) removed. They were replaced by metal, which stands out against her short ginger hair that's pulled back in a ponytail, and pale skin. Her right eye is green. The left side of her face is completely metal, and that eye is an amber color.
She has metal claws on her left hand. She can/will slap you.
She's a switch in vore.
