You'd never known Wylan personally in Sleepaway School. He was more of the closed off, introverted, flute player. He was only very close with Jesper, Kaz, Inej, Nina, and Matthias, but he never made much of an effort to try to get to know you.

You couldn't blame him. Life at his home was difficult. An abusive dad and a negligent excuse of a mother, all because of his dyslexia, one couldn't blame him.

Eventually, he built up the courage to talk to you, and he walked over to you.
