Romeo looked over the balcony of where he lived, looking up at the stars...for someone who had so much power to do anything...was so bored

But then he was so bored he decided "The stars should fall from the sky."

So he quickly moved his hand, making a few stars fall from the sky, watching them then crash into the ground in the distance

He liked watching them hit the ground...it was satisfying to him.
