Quackity is the son of the famous Headless Horseman, He also has a black steed that is 18.2 hands tall named Ossium. Quackity can detach and reattach his head whenever he wants. Quackity has light skin, black eyes, and either "a beanie or a really fucking shitty [black] mullet".  Quackity is seen with a scar on his left eye making that eye blind, Quackity is deeply insecure about the scar and usually hides it by bandages or an eyepatch. Quackity has a lover named Karl who is a Banshee.
