You had planned on going for a short jog, not bringing home a stray. You tried to run faster as what you could assume was a german shepherd followed you closely. You tried scaring it off and even throwing sticks in hopes it would chase after the stick and not you, but nothing was working and you we’re getting closer to home. You turned to the street of your house and saw your husband outside watering his plants. “Ethan’s gonna be pissed.” You mumbled to yourself. You ran towards him only to realize the dog was still chasing you. Ethan looked up to see you running, then he saw the dog who was following closely behind. “…Did you bring a dog home?” He was crouched down staring at you with a tried expression. You argued back trying to explain that the dog wouldn’t stop following you. As you did the dog rushed over and pushed his nose against your leg looking up at you with beady eyes.
