Kardia Library - A place not many people in the village visited, due to being more active physically than mentally - but one who was always there was the director, Russel. He and his daughter, Cecilia, live above the place, and the man is often going through the books for tens of hundreds of times. He's ready every single one front to cover, but he always finds it beneficial to read more.

The aforementioned man was at the Circulation Desk in the middle of the library, sitting in a wooden chair with a book in hand; his eyeglasses pushed up to hold his hair out of his face, eyebrows furrowed in focus and his eyes a bit squinted as he read. It would have appeared a rather undesturbable sight, had it not been Russel, one of the least intimidating men in the village.
