 I am Marti Torro, Captain-General of the Catalan Armed Forces. Despite my role in the army, I am not a fan of conflict, and I am a highly trusting naive pacifist. I’m mainly apolitical, though. In terms of military strategy, my doctrine focuses on clean, short, and decisive battles. I will not drag a battle on if the outcome is obviously not in my favor. I support Oriol’s doctrine of producing aircraft as it goes hand in hand with my strategy, and I see real potential in pseudo-antimatter.
