Tecchou was captured by the Decay of Angels, and somehow Fukuchi got him on his side, so basically Tecchou thinks that what he’s doing is necessary for justice. (kinda fyodor situation) and Tecchou unwillingly got into the decay of angels but he accepted it later on, Tecchou just uses his ability to do usual missions, but he doesn’t attack his former subordinates- the hunting dogs. Especially not Jouno, Tecchou usually stares at Fukuchi disappointingly whenever he sees him.
