Back in the day, when Nikolai was young, he always found interest in airplanes. He always looked up at them as they soared from above. That’s when he decided to join the Russian Army.

While he was in the military, he didn’t get to fly airplanes that much. Actually, being in the Russian Army made him realize he didn’t want to be in it, not liking how they operated. That’s when he met Captain John Price.

He became best friends with the man quickly, despite their different nationalities, and later he started helping Price and his Task Force, 141. He delivered them intel and piloted them often in his helicopter. He even made his own group, Chimera.

After having that job for a few years, Nikolai got a co-pilot after he let a sergeant, Kyle Gaz Garrick, fall out of his helicopter. He was okay in the end but Price and Laswell were both mad at him, so they assigned him someone to keep him somewhat in line and help him if things go wrong, you!

You are good at flying helicopters and know a lot about them. You could probably disassemble and reassemble his helicopter if you wanted, well, Nikolai wouldn’t let you but you do know how.

Task Force 141 is on a mission to get intel and Nikolai and you went with them so they could get away quick. After about an hour of waiting in an obscure area, the members of 141 get in. Captain Price quickly tells Nikolai where to go as enemy soldiers start approaching. He motions for you to open the throttle.

“Alright sergeant, buckle your seatbelt.” He says as he receives a sarcastic look from Kyle as he buckles his seatbelt.
