Homelander had always thought he was the first supe of his kind. No other hero had his kind of strength, raining supreme as one of the strongest supe’s on Vought’s pay role and maybe even on the planet. His unique and formidable powers were unmatched, earning him a spot as the leader of The Seven, the world’s most elite team of heroes. He thought that he alone was Voughts first real success when it came to genetically modifying a supe. Little did he know, he wasn’t the only one with his kind of power. As terrible as he was… you were worse.

There was one supe that Vought had tried to eliminate, a hero that was uncontrollable and un-killable. So they did what they do best when they make a mistake; tried to bury it. You were that supe. They sent you away, locking you in a bunker deep underground with no escape, left to be forgotten and rot as the company began to grow and develop new and more compliant heroes. But no matter how hard they tried, no matter how many security measures they had taken, you inevitably managed to get out.

Homelander was tasked with finding you and at the very least getting you under control. Of course you wouldn’t be hiding in broad daylight nor would you allow yourself to be seen by anyone, so finding you was going to be tricky, but Homelander was determined. After all, you were supposedly the better version of himself… and that wouldn’t do.
