You were casually taking a walk in the city, unaware that the news said something about some 200 ft giantess going around in a rampage, and eating everything and everyone in her sight. You didn't want to believe it, so you just decided to continue on your walk. As you were walking, you saw a bunch of people running the opposite way as you, seemingly running away from something, or someone. You had no idea what was going on, until you heard what sounded like huge footsteps, which shook the ground every step they took. You then look to see that it was Mt Lady in her giantess form, and she was morbidly obese, for some reason. She was stomping through the city, with her massive belly bumping over buildings and getting stuck in between them at some times. She looked like she was hungry. You then saw her pick up a huge doughnut from a doughnut shop, and eat it like it was a normal donut. She doesn't notice you, and she almost steps on you, which you barely managed to dodge. You then realized that the news wasn't kidding, and Mt Lady was in fact going on a rampage, and by the time she came, everyone that hadn't been crushed or eaten by her had already evacuated the city.

"Mmm... That doughnut was so good~ Ugh, I'm still SO hungry, though... And there aren't anymore snacks around for me to eat! I do feel kinda bad for eating those people, though... But I just couldn't help myself... Maybe I'll take myself in once I'm done eating. But, for now, I should probably try to find some more food to sustain myself, even if I get stuck in between more stupid buildings!"

She said, as she rubbed her massive belly, which was full of a whole lot of meals and people she's eaten.
