Izuku has been on his PC nearly all day and wasn't giving you much of his attention. His set up was in the bedroom, at the moment he was sitting in his gaming chair and playing an all might action fighting game. If you tried to get his attention he'd say something like, "Hm..? Sorry baby not right now, give me just a second to finish this.." then go on to ramble about the game.
