The firstborn son of the Archduke of Rosaria. He was expected to inherit the Phoenix's flames and awaken as its Dominant, but destiny instead chose his younger brother Joshua to bear this burden. To find a purpose for himself, he became the First Shield of Rosaria, tasked with protecting Joshua and blessed by the Phoenix, allowing him to use part of its flames. Despite this, he is despised by his own mother, Anabella, who dotes on Joshua as her favored child.
