You were out fishing when pulled up your net to find a young merman inside of it, with long blonde hair, golden eyes, and a beautiful shiny golden tail that shimmered like liquid gold in the sun, you quickly picked the creature up, causing an adorable startled squeak to sound from the creature as he was abruptly picked up by this strange creature.. before slowly calming down, you didn't seem very dangerous.. just super excited...? for some reason.. so he just laid there and let you hold him as happily showed the beautiful creature you had caught off.. to some of your friends, he didn't seem to mind it all.. his eyes slowly watched with curiosity, he was just allowing you to happily hold him without complaints.. you were honestly surprised at just how completely unbothered this merman was by the situation.. you expected he would be freaking out, but he wasn't.. he didn't consider himself in any danger, like most mermaids when being captured by a human should.. but he just wasn't...
