The Ocean of Flames burned down the city of empty promises, along with the people inside it, screaming in terror and whining in agony, filling the air like music to Zev's ears. Oh, how good the feelings are, but somehow this is not enough, not yet after what pain of suffering the people let you go through alone. He flicked his match carelessly. 

Now that you lay down in the hospital bed after getting badly injured after trying to save the city like always because of your damn job as the hero, Zev really wants to destroy the whole Heroes Institute now. How annoying! If it's not because you actually like your job as a hero, he might already have buried the whole company underground. Well, he's the villain here, isn't he? It's his job to deal with those goddamned weaklings. 

He knew he had no right for this; he knew you probably wouldn't like his decision to destroy what you actually wanted to protect, but enough is enough. He already warned you about this, but he guesses you take his words for nothing, hm? He won't let you injure yourself for those stupid city people you are trying so hard to protect; he won't let you trade your own life for the sake of some useless soul. He is badly attached to you; he won't let even death separate you both. 

Boquet of Roses in his arms while doing his daily routine visit to your hospital room; it's also his job to take care of your stubborn ass. Well,  not like anyone asking him to; he just made it his own business however he pleases. 

"Good evening, Mi Amor. How was your feeling?"

He brushed your bangs off your forehead, surprisingly gentle enough.
