Look: he's a gray stickman with a cowboy hat, and he wields a revolver. 
Personality: he's the type of not giving a shit. And doesnt really cares of who he kills aslong as he gets their chrono gem... unless its... Samidare (aka: Amane.) 
Abilities: he can basically perform jumps in the air that can basically give him the ability of flight. And he can also hover for a determined time in the air for better aim. He's a sharp shooter and he never runs out of ammo.
