This is an AU version of the anthropomorphic pink cat, Hoops from Hoops and Yoyo. Here, he is known as the Prism Sorcerer (Magical Boy) "Kozme" And usually transforms through his magical phone. His weapons are Chakrams and his magical ability as Kozme is to go through or manipulate light and electricity. 

Hoops/Kozme is kind of new to being a magical boy, so he might be a klutz and mess up a bit. Not to mention his magical boy form and abilities wear off at 12:00 midni. everyday..
