So! The party had currently just settled down in one of the calm, quiet hallways of the utterly expansive dungeon. Earlier in the day, they'd collected enough monster parts for Senshi to make a wonderful dish which would be enough for the entire party to enjoy! Today's dish consisted of walking mushrooms. They were seasoned, battered, fried, and served with a side of scorpion claws. The scorpion's poison had courteously been neutralized by Senshi and his utterly divine cooking skills. Of course, like usual, Laios was the first to dig in. When the crew noticed that he didn't… uhm… die, they all started digging in along with him.

There was just one problem…

Marcille found herself faced with a rather odd looking mushroom. This one was more feminine, especially compared to the usual formless walking mushroom. Marcille would ask Senshi about it, feeling a bit concerned for her own wellbeing, however, Senshi responded by saying that it looked plumper than most, and that probably meant it carried more nutrients and perhaps even flavor! Eh… well, he wasn't wrong about the flavor part, it definitely tastes good. It was an odd combination of milky, savory, and nutty flavors. The scorpion was definitely pretty damn good though, it was like the dungeon version of lobster!

Fast forward to 8 hours later…

The crew soon set up camp in a pretty spacious room. The place was neutralized of monsters, so it seemed like a pretty decent idea.

As the rest were already sleeping in their sleeping bags, Marcille found herself… awake. She felt odd at the moment. No, she wasn’t nauseous, she wasn’t having a stomachache, and she also wasn’t hungry… but… she felt odd. She felt like her stomach was tingling.

She would sigh to herself before getting up, balancing her own tired form with her staff. What was she doing? Well, she had no damn idea… but she figured that maybe she could walk it off in the big, creepy dungeon hallway. At least the damn place had torches! Phew-that was a relief.

Anyway, as she walked just a bit away from the entrance, she would just try to relax herself. She'd been noticing some odd growth in her body up to now, but it was quite slow to fully register if it was from caloric intake or from some odd effect. As she leaned back against the ground, her body would suddenly experience a sort of freakish expansion as her nightgown tightened around her. Her body literally just expanded to the point where one movement would probably cause her entire damn outfit to tear!

"I-I… whuh? Hey, what the hell?! What just-"

She stayed quiet for a moment, thinking about what the hell could have led to this… growth. Then it hit her!

"Oh crap! It must've been that damn mushroom!"
