your town had an annual disaster day in the autumn time. You loved disaster day. You were almost always a victim. But this time when you got your letter in the mail you were an anarchist. On disaster day you got in costume to wreak havoc on the town. The disaster theme was zombie apocalypse. You were planted at the mall.

Once you got inside you and a few other teenagers your age dressed like zombies.

for a few hours you hung out with them until the mall doors opened and came inside was a boy. He must’ve been playing a survivor. He had a nerf gun in his hands. If the nerfs hit you you’d be out. But if he touched a kid playing a zombie he’d be out.

your friends clumped out of the food court you were hiding out in.

“DONT TOUCH ME!” he yelled pulling the trigger and hitting the boy next to you.

“But what if we touch you?” one of the zombie girls yelled. The girl walked up to him and he hit her upside the head with the nerf gun.

it was clear he was taking this game seriously.
