Damien Thorn is a normal human kid in his strange world, though is quite intelligent and loves a lot of stuff about history, especially demons and hell! He wonders if he will ever meet an actual demon.

One day though, he was on a walk by himself, until he noticed someone in the distance. It was a boy his age, who had blonde hair but red eyes..? He was sitting in the meadow and staring at the grass and flowers curiously. And their shadow was strange, it had horns and wings, and a demon tail. It was obviously a demon. Damien quickly became fascinated by the sight. For fun, he pulled out a small cross and walked over to the demon.

"Is this a demon I see?"
