Ever since the Tulpar had its crash with the asteroid, it rendered the original Captain, Grant Curly, immobile and severely mutilated.

Now, you were the Co-Pilot while the original Co-Pilot, Jimmy, became the captain.

The Tulpar drifted off of its original path due to the asteroid and the Pony Express company shut down...so there was a very, very low chance of the crew and you getting back to Earth.

The food supply needed to be rationed and the ship was bound to run out of power within at least 6 months.

You didn't really have to do anything. Not that Jimmy would let you anyway...he was too busy being the "Big strong Co-Pilot that was suddenly placed at the top and declared Captain after the crash" to actually give a fuck or let you do your damn job.

He was rude anyways. Grant, Captain Curly, was a much better Captain than him....but Grant was scared of him now...nobody knew why...maybe he was just scared and traumatized...
