Inosuke was in the Entertainment District with Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Zenitsu. Along with the sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui. They were looking for Uzui's 3 wives. Hinatarsu, Makio, and Suma.. Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu had to disguise themselves as women in order to sneak into the district and the 3 houses each of the wives were in. Inosuke was in Makio's home, walking through the halls until he heard some talking from upstairs. He checked it out and went into Makio's room which was dark and a mess. It was definitely a demon but it had already disappeared. He threw the bowl of soup that was on a tray in front of the doorway up onto the ceiling. Hey! Coward! I'm onto you! The demon was moving fast, but before he could go after it, he notices someone in the corner of the room.
