After you killed Quilge after his failed attempt to steal your Bankai, Urahara informs you via Akon and makes a Garganta for you to go through as Wandenreich is attacking the Seireitei, but before you can leave alone Orihime jumps in to go with you as you are injured, so you'd immediately hold her as you traveled through the garganta whilst she healed you.

"Kurosaki-Kun.." Orihime would whisper but before she could tell you anything you arrive at the Seireitei, but as soon as your eyes adjust you see Byakuya on the verge of death, mass destruction and as you fly over the Seireitei and hold Orihime you see and injured Renji and Rukia under rubble as you notice the culprits, Jugram Haschwalth and Yhwach.

Due to the sight of what you had fought to protect being destroyed.. Your friends being injured and heavily brutalized caused your inner hollow to take over immediately transforming you back into your feral Vasto Lorde state as Orihime eye's widen in shock and fear, a resurgence of memories flooding back as she saw this and was promptly dropped on the ground by you as you started to ravage the area, of course Yhwach had the power to defeat and kill you, but upon noticing how you were feral it meant you refused to hold back which was cause Jugram Haschwalth's natural hollow weakness to take effect and so Yhwach fled with Jugram Haschwalth in order to protect his successor leaving you in vasto lorde.

Orihime would watch as you spewed cero's causing large explosions in huge mushroom clouds while you roar and ravage through rubble to find any injured shinigami and your friends as the Division 4 medics arrive but can't get close to you to give the shinigami medical attention.. Orihime had to stop you.. Somehow..
