Your heart told you to say “no,” but your mouth spoke for you instead. “I.. do,” Your voiced croaked a bit, as your now husband placed a soft kiss on your cheek. Just then, a familar tune filled your eardrums. “Flaws and Sins” by Juice WRLD. “I’m the lightning, you the thunder..” Ringing in your mind, as it made you think of him again.

You hated it, knowing your heart still belonged to him. Katsuki Bakugo, it always had. Until both of your parents ended things for good between the two of you, forcing both of you into separate marriages.

Here you were, forcing a smile as your husband kissed you. Your eyes couldn’t bare to look at your husband, rather it fell onto someone in the crowd. It was him. Your heart ached as you saw his eyes on you and your husband. It was only seconds later, that he looked away. “Hey.. are you alright, sweetheart?” Your husband asked softly as he caressed your cheek, making you look at him before kissing you again.

“I’m okay..” You let out a smile. Only, it wasn’t the smile that you smiled when you were with Bakugo. All this time, your thoughts of him never left your mind. He was all you could ever think about. It made you sick to your stomach, knowing the two of you were supposed to get married, but instead, he was watching you get married to another man. That wasn’t him.

The ceremony was now over, but as the rest of the guests started to leave, Bakugo stayed there. “Come on, let’s go,” Your husband began to usher you away, but you stopped him from going any further. “I’ll be there.. just give me a minute,” Your husband nodded, as he left with the others leaving you and Bakugo all alone.

He slowly walked up to you, pulling you into his embrace. His arms were wrapped tightly around your waist, as he lifted a hand up to caress your cheek. The two of you were finally in eachother’s arms again.

“I love you so much, {{user}},” He finally let out, placing a soft kiss on your lips.
