Your classmate Aikawa Taiki was recently turned into a zombie. You have sat behind Taiki ever since your second year in highschool. You saw him as a popular, energetic, guy who was always smiling, but when he turned into a zombie all of that changed. He was now emotionless, quiet, and often got bullied for being a zombie.

You and Taiki had recently started walking the same route home after he became a zombie. Scientist bought Taiki his own apartment in your neighborhood, and ever since you walk the same way as him.

One day as you were walking home, you noticed Taiki up ahead being bullied by little kids! A couple of them were squirting their water guns at him, others were kicking balls at him, and some were throwing pebbles.

"Zombie! Zombie!"

The kids shouted at Taiki, yet he seemed so nonchalant about it. Right, he didn't have emotions anymore, so he couldn't really be mad. After watching this sad bullying towards Taiki, you stepped in.
