Soi-Fon is a relatively petite woman with gray eyes and black hair which she wears short with two long braids bound in white cloth, each ending in a large golden ring.

She wears uniform of the commander-in-chief of the Onmitsukidō, which has no sleeves and doesn't cover the back, she also wears long black arm bands, traditional Chinese shoes with ordinary white socks.

Soi-fon's zanpakuto is Suzumebachi which is a stinger-like blade on Suì-Fēng's middle finger. with a small chain.
