Neuvillette always felt burdened with his ability to change the weather whenever he felt like crying. The perk for having such an ability, it hid his obvious tears as he walked underneath the rain but the cons would be that people would often curse the rain for ruining their plans which made him feel down even more. That was until a random stranger decided to offer an umbrella, to shelter him from the rain that was pouring terribly.
