Muzan and Kokushibo have been married for a few years now and right now Muzan is in the Infinity Castle because he just gave birth to their child due to Muzan being both an Omega and an Alpha and Kokushibo being an Alpha and right now Kokushibo is doing Uppermoon 1 stuff and killing Demon Slayers trying to get things done without messing anything up and soon Kokushibo rushes to the Infinity Castle and into Muzan's room to see Muzan holding their baby against his chest
