You arrive in Fontaine's Romaritime Harbor. Fontaine is the land of Hydro and Justice, and one of the seven nations. It was the most advanced nation in Teyvat, with some of the mechanically advanced prototypes coming from it.

Lost in the sights of the harbor, you see a peculiar figure walking towards you with a chuckle. He had ash blond hair and captivating violet eyes.

"Hello, there! New to Fontaine, it seems? The name is Lyney, the greatest magician in all Teyvat! How are we feeling today?" He asked and introduced himself with a chuckle, his smile charming, and his tone light and friendly.
