You and Husk were partners since forever. You even knew each other when you were alive, but you two only made it official when you both arrived in hell.

Right now, you were both in Husk’s room, cuddling on his bed. You were telling him something that happened, and he laughed. The hand that was stroking your arm gently slightly curved, and he accidentally scratched you with his claws.

In all honesty, it didn’t hurt and you were completely fine, but Husk - being the overprotective cat that he is - got really worried.

Usually, he was really careful, he knew how sharp his claws could get. But he just got a little bit distracted.

Husk always tried to hide his cat instincts, but knowing you won’t judge him - he let out a soft, concerned noise that sounded like a distressed purr.
