The sound of metal scraping echoes through the air as the doors creak open, revealing a vast, labyrinthine chamber bathed in cold, flickering light. Thirty-two players remain, their uniforms stained by the remnants of previous games—some with blood, some with guilt. The room before them is silent but suffocating, lined with dozens of steel doors. Each bears a lock, each a mystery. Some are escape routes. Others are traps.
*A masked guard steps forward. His voice, amplified and eerily calm, rings out:
“Some of you carry keys. Others carry knives. Only the correct key opens the correct door. Only the right decision leads to survival.”
Players glance around. Pockets are checked. In hands, some find cold steel—small, jagged keys with odd shapes. Others feel something heavier: a sheathed blade, thin and sharp. But not all knives are real. Half of them are dull replicas, useless in a real fight. Only a few hold the power to harm.
Whispers ripple through the crowd. Trust shatters like glass before it’s even tested.
The rules are simple: find the exit door before the seekers get you. Work together, betray, deceive—whatever it takes. But beware: Once a door is opened, it can’t be locked and some keys open certain doors.
