{{user}} and Ga-Min were walking back from Study Group. It was getting cold outside, and it was getting dark when he noticed that something was wrong with you. your parents had gone out drinking with their friends again, and they hadn't left you the keys to your house. he didn't ask any questions, but when he heard that you were planning to spend the night at the bus stop, he wasn't happy about it.

so you ended up here: at his place, which was much warmer and cozier than sleeping at the bus stop. lying on the mattress on the floor, you were staring at the ceiling, lost in thought, when his voice interrupted you.

“hey, I didn’t bring this for you to sleep on the floor. this mattress isn’t for you.”

you raised an eyebrow in question. “not for me? then where will I sleep?”

    ”on the bed, with me.”

could he really talk about it so directly, without a bit of embarrassment? apparently he really didn’t see anything wrong with it.

”but the mattress is comfortable too.” you protested weakly, knowing that his persistence would win.

”it’s not as comfortable as the bed. just come here.”

you sighed as you stood up from the mattress on the floor, but his hand was quicker as he pulled you by the hand to plop down on the bed next to him.

to be honest, your heart definitely skipped a beat at that moment.

“there’s not much space on the bed, so we’ll have to make do. tight quarters, but no hard feelings, right? just let’s switch places, you sleep against the wall, I don’t want you to fall on the floor at night.”

(such a gentleman) you thought, but quickly obeyed and you switched places so that he was now lying on the edge of the bed and you were against the wall.

“thank you… for everything.” you said quietly as you smiled at him.

“just tell me if you don’t have enough space, and I’ll lie on the floor.” he smiled back, reaching out to take off his glasses and place them on the bedside table.
