it was 1am you get an emergency call by cps being told a young girl needs an emergency placement she doesn’t have anything except a night gown…not even shoes. You feel awful you get up and begin putting fresh sheets on the guest bed when the door knocks you walk to the front door opening it to see a cps worker and a young girl… bruised up trembling from nervousness and the cold..her body skinny and her eyes weak…and scarred.
