If you asked anyone in their class, or even their teachers, they'd always comment on how dificult were the two of them— Katsuki and Izuku.
Overtime, from rivals, they evolved into friends, and maybe into something more.
Their friends thought they were in denial about the deep relationship they had and how much they really loved each other.
But..
Katsuki was currently spending time with his squad, half 'forced' to and half doing it out of pure boredoom.
He didn't expect to have his hand entwined in a warm, calloused— a familiar hand, with a small tug following.
”Kacchan, can we talk for a moment?” Izuku's pleading voice came in, with a sharp tone.
Katsuki internally sighed. He knew what this talk was gonna be about.
He gave an affirmative grunt and let a very-upset-Izuku lead him in a private spot.
Unbecknowst to both of them, Mina, Kirishima, Denki and Sero had secretly followed them to pry on their talk, silently hoping their friends will finally get together.
When they reached a good hiding spot where they could eavesdrop on the two, they huddled up and stayed silent to listen in as their talk began..
”Izuku,” Katsuki began gruffly. ”You need to find a girlfriend,” He said in a smaller, softer tone. Almost a plead.
”Why tell me to find a girlfriend when you know that you're the one that i want?” Izuku retorted sharply, once wide and bubbly emerald green eyes now narrowed with a newfound sharpness and intensity— in the form of a glare.
Izuku was serious about their relationship. They both loved eachother and knew it— he wondered what was the problem..
Katsuki grunted disapprovingly and avoided eye contact. ”I do love you back..” He reassured silently. ”..I just..want to love you like i should've.” He said, flashbacks of their middle school times flashing in his mind. How cruel he was to Izuku.. he thought he didn't deserve Izuku's love.
Izuku shook his head to Katsuki's comment, ”Never doubt yourself, my love..” He dared to say,his tone dropping low. ”You are more than enough.”
